These TCUS govern the access to and use of the website www.grand-shooting.com as well as the subscription to and use of the SaaS services provided by Grand Shooting. Use of the service implies full acceptance of the TCUS.
Access to the site is open to any Internet user, but the use of the services is reserved for subscribers with a valid account. The services are accessible via recent browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and Grand Shooting mobile applications.
Grand Shooting offers subscriptions tailored to the annual volume of uploaded media:
For volume exceeding 10,000 media/year, additional packages are available at €96 excluding tax/month per 1,000 media. In case of excess usage, images uploaded beyond the plan limit will be charged at €0.75 excluding VAT per file.
Payments are made by SEPA transfer or credit card before the 15th of each month. In the event of late payment of more than 30 days, Grand Shooting reserves the right to suspend access to the service and terminate the subscription without prior notice.
Late payment penalties will be applied at the legal interest rate plus 10 points, along with a €40 flate-rate recovery fee.
Subscriptions are initially contracted for 12 months and are automatically renewed upon expiration for a new period of 12 months, unless cancelled by one of the parties with one month's notice.
In the event of early termination due to non-payment, the client remains liable for all amounts due until the end of the contractual term.
All content on the website (texts, images, software, videos) is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or exploitation, including screenshots and the creation of hypertext links without prior written permission, is strictly prohibited.
The client retains full ownership of the content uploaded to the platform (images, videos, data). However, he grants Grand Shooting a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license limited to the duration of the subscription to:
Grand Shooting undertakes not to disclose or use the content for commercial purposes without the express agreement of the client.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act and the RGPD, Grand Shooting implements all the necessary measures to ensure the protection of personal data. Data will not be passed on to third parties without explicit consent.
Grand Shooting provides the service “as is” and declines all responsibility for interruptions, errors or damages related to the use of the service. The customer is responsible in the event of non-compliant or unlawful use of the service.
These TCUS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to resolve the dispute amicably within 2 months. Otherwise, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
